Refund policy

We want you to love your LUX purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
